Longevity Nutrition in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado

Your annual physical came back fine. Ten to fifteen markers, once a year, and a note that says you are normal. You are still not sleeping the way you did, your energy is not what it was, and nobody has looked at where any of it is heading. Normal is not the same as optimal. The RISE Method is a twelve-month longevity nutrition program with Jaci Salley, CNTP. Sixty-plus biomarkers tested every quarter, twice-monthly coaching, and a plan built from your data rather than a population average. Testing coordinated locally. Coaching by video.

What Longevity Nutrition Is

Longevity nutrition is a preventative approach that uses regular biomarker testing and ongoing coaching to support how your body functions across the decades ahead, rather than reacting once something goes wrong. At Sprout Nourishment it is delivered through the RISE Method, a twelve-month program pairing quarterly testing with twice-monthly sessions with Jaci Salley, CNTP.

‍

The program measures the systems that shape how you feel and perform over time, not only whether something is wrong today. Metabolic function, through continuous glucose monitoring, fasting insulin, and ApoB. Hormones, through a full panel every quarter. Inflammation, through hs-CRP and homocysteine. Cardiovascular markers, including Lp(a) and a full lipid picture. Gut, through oral microbiome analysis. Sleep, through a medical-grade home sleep study. Recovery, through daily HRV tracking. Body composition, four times across the year. Each number is read in context and against the round before it.

When People in Cherry Hills Village Start

Most people who enroll are functioning well on paper.

‍

You want to get ahead of what runs in your family.

You have watched a parent or a sibling manage something you would rather not manage yourself. Nothing is wrong yet. That is the entire point. A baseline and the habits around it are easier to build now than to rebuild later under pressure.

‍

Your labs are within range and you still do not feel right.

Standard blood tests are meant to detect disease, not to measure how well you are functioning. There is a real difference between the two, and a fifteen-marker panel is not designed to find it.

‍

You have data from three places and no single picture.

A wearable, a physician you like, a supplement shelf, a panel someone ran two years ago. The data is not the problem. Nobody has turned it into one plan and kept it moving.

How it works

Discovery call

A complimentary conversation before any commitment. You share where your health stands, what you have tried, and what you are still looking for. Jaci listens, asks questions, and you both decide whether the RISE Method fits where you are right now. No pressure, no pitch.

Assessment and ninety-minute strategy session

A comprehensive at-home questionnaire before your first session. It is the foundation Jaci uses to understand your full health picture before you meet. The more you put in, the more you get back. Built around your assessment answers. Jaci walks through what they show, identifies the patterns worth investigating, and maps out your twelve-month approach. You leave with a structured path, not a list of general advice.

Comprehensive baseline testing

Your first full round: sixty-plus biomarkers, continuous glucose monitoring, a medical-grade home sleep study, oral microbiome analysis, and body composition. Lab draws happen at a local draw site. This is your true baseline, not the abbreviated snapshot an annual physical provides.

Your personalized plan

Every result analyzed in context. A nutrition, lifestyle, and movement protocol built from what your biology is actually showing, broken into quarterly focus areas so progress is deliberate, layered, and measurable.

Twice-monthly coaching and quarterly retesting

Twenty-four sessions across the year, forty-five minutes each, by video. You review what is working, adjust what is not, and build on the data as it develops. You are never left alone with a result you do not understand. Built into the program. Not every marker is retested every quarter. Jaci chooses what is most relevant to retest based on where you are in the protocol. One test is a snapshot. Four rounds show direction.

What You Actually Receive

We will not promise you an outcome. Here is what the engagement contains.

  • Testing, repeated quarterly, four rounds: a sixty-plus biomarker blood panel including fasting insulin, ApoB, Free T3, hs-CRP, homocysteine, and a full hormone panel; continuous glucose monitoring; body composition assessment
  • Specialty testing, conducted once: a medical-grade home sleep study; oral microbiome analysis
  • Coaching: twenty-four twice-monthly sessions; real-time protocol adjustments based on your data; direct access to Jaci throughout the program
  • Protocols: a fully personalized nutrition protocol built on your metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory data; lifestyle and sleep guidance; an HRV-guided recovery framework; movement guidance calibrated to your recovery capacity
  • Ongoing: quarterly data review and protocol refinement; comparative trend analysis across all four testing rounds; a full twelve-month data archive you leave with at program end

Not sure whether the full program or one-on-one coaching is the right entry? Ask on the call. Sometimes the answer is to start smaller.

Who You Are Working With

Jaci Salley is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (CNTP), a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Professional Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She founded Sprout Nourishment and created the RISE Method, and she works with executives, athletes, and entrepreneurs who would rather act on their data than wait for a reason to.

‍

Her approach is education first. You will understand what is happening in your body and why each part of the protocol exists. No blindly following orders. By the end of the year you are the expert on your own health, with the data to prove it.

‍

The CNTP is a certification rather than a state license. The training is in how the body uses food: digestion, blood sugar balance, hydration, mineral status, and fat quality, and in building a whole food plan from what an assessment of those foundations shows.

What Jaci Does Differently

Your annual physical checks whether you are sick. The RISE Method maps where you are heading. Three things separate it from the checkup you already get.

‍

Sixty-plus markers a quarter instead of fifteen a year. Many of the markers in the panel, ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, hs-CRP, homocysteine, are ones a standard physical does not typically include. They are the ones that describe a trajectory rather than a status.

‍

Four rounds instead of one snapshot. Retesting is built in, and the comparative trend analysis across all four rounds is the point of the program. A single test can only describe today. A year of your own data can describe direction, and direction is what longevity work runs on.

‍

Education over instruction. Every result is walked through with you, in context. You will understand what each number means and why each part of the protocol exists. You leave with a full year of your own data and a framework for continuing on your own.

‍

The enemy in this program is guessing about a body that is, for now, fine. Every quarter is built to reduce it.

Longevity Nutrition Questions

What is longevity nutrition?

A preventative approach that uses regular biomarker testing and ongoing coaching to support how your body functions across the decades ahead, rather than reacting once something goes wrong. At Sprout Nourishment it is delivered through the RISE Method, a twelve-month program pairing quarterly testing with twice-monthly sessions with Jaci Salley, CNTP.

How is this different from my annual physical?

A standard annual physical typically runs ten to fifteen markers once per year. The RISE Method runs sixty-plus markers every quarter, adds continuous glucose monitoring, a medical-grade sleep study, oral microbiome analysis, and HRV tracking, and pairs all of it with twelve months of personalized nutrition coaching. The goal is optimization and prevention, not identifying disease after it appears.

Do I need to have a health problem to enroll?

No. The program is built for people who are functioning well and want to stay that way. The earlier the baseline, the more useful every later round of data becomes.

Do I have to be in Cherry Hills Village or Denver to do this?

No. The RISE Method runs nationwide. All coaching is by video and lab testing is available through local draw sites across the country. For Cherry Hills Village clients, the Greenwood Village office is a short drive for anything that needs to happen in the room.

What exactly is included?

Sixty-plus biomarkers tested quarterly across four rounds, continuous glucose monitoring, a medical-grade home sleep study, oral microbiome testing, body composition assessment, twenty-four twice-monthly coaching sessions, and fully personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocols.

How much of my time does this take?

Two coaching sessions a month, quarterly testing appointments, and roughly two minutes a day for HRV logging. Most clients budget two to three hours a month in total.

What happens when the twelve months are up?

You leave with a full year of your own biological data and a clear framework for continuing on your own. Many clients choose a quarterly check-in partnership to keep their testing consistent.

Is Jaci a doctor?

No. Jaci Salley is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, not a physician. The RISE Method is a nutrition and lifestyle program, not medical care. Jaci works alongside your existing healthcare providers, not as a replacement for them. Any specialty testing result that warrants medical follow-up is flagged for review with your physician.
