What Nutrition Coaching Costs
Most practices make you book a call to find out what anything costs. Here are the numbers.
What follows is what each service costs, what is included at each level, and what the free call is actually for. If one of these is outside what you want to spend, you will know that in the next ninety seconds rather than after an appointment.

Start with the free call
Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. You describe what is going on and Jaci Salley, CNTP, describes how she would approach it. By the end you both know whether this is the right starting point.
It is a conversation about fit, not a sales call with a different name. Some of these end with no purchase, which is the right outcome when it is the right outcome. It is also not a session: no assessment is completed and no plan is written in those thirty minutes.

One-on-one nutrition coaching
$195 for the first session. $145 for each follow-up.
The first session runs sixty minutes and covers how you eat and when, how you feel after meals, your sleep, stress, energy through the day, and your health history. Your written plan follows through the client portal: foods to prioritize and reduce, meal timing, guidance for travel and dining out, and supplement guidance only where the assessment shows a gap.
Follow-ups are where the plan gets adjusted as your body responds. Single sessions and packages are both options, and sessions cost the same whether you meet in the office or on video.
That covers three bioenergetic wellness scans using non-invasive hair or saliva samples, online access to your full reports, and a customized supplement and remedy protocol based on what the scans identify. The assessment covers nutritional patterns, food and environmental sensitivities, hormonal patterns, and toxin indicators.
The package also includes the time around the testing, which is the part people underestimate: a one-hour intake, a ninety-minute results consultation covering a six-week protocol with groceries and supplements, and three bi-weekly follow-up meetings.
Testing is always optional and never required to start coaching.
An at-home cheek swab kit with a prepaid return mailer, 170 personalized reports across eight areas, a grocery list built around your gene variants, a companion blood work panel to review with your physician, a private dashboard, and a one-on-one session to go through the results.
Intake assessment and testing, a custom sport-specific nutrition plan with pre- and post-training protocols, a competition day plan and a hydration strategy, a ninety-minute initial strategy session, and twelve coaching sessions in person or on video.
Preventative health and longevity program
Priced individually. This one is a twelve-month partnership rather than a session or a package, and what it includes varies with what you are working on, so the figure is quoted after the free consultation rather than listed here.
For scale, the program includes four quarterly rounds of a 60-plus biomarker blood panel, continuous glucose monitoring, body composition assessment, a medical-grade home sleep study, oral microbiome analysis, twenty-four coaching sessions across the year, and a full twelve-month data archive you keep at the end.

What is not included
Supplements are ordered separately and are not part of any price above. Where lab testing is arranged through a draw site, that lab billing is separate as well.
Services are not billed through insurance.
How to decide where to start
If you are not sure which of these fits, that is what the free call is for, and it is the honest answer rather than a deflection. Coaching alone is the most common starting point. Testing is worth considering when you have been going in circles and want something more than a conversation to work from. The longevity program is a different commitment in both time and money, and nobody should enter it off a web page.
