Custom Meal Planning and Nutrition Coaching in Cherry Knolls and Southglenn

It is 5:40. Practice ended at 5:15. One person at your table eats anything, one eats four things, and you have not thought about dinner since Sunday. By Thursday the plan you meant to follow is whatever is fastest. Knowing what to cook was never the problem. Deciding, every night, is.

What Custom Meal Planning Is

Custom meal planning is a week-by-week eating strategy built by a nutrition practitioner around one household: its schedule, its preferences, its kitchen, and what the person booking it actually needs. It is part of one-on-one coaching at Sprout Nourishment, built from an assessment and adjusted over time, so the plan changes as the household does.

The plan answers the three questions that cause most weeknights to fall apart: what to eat, when to eat it, and why it is the right choice for the person eating it. It removes the decision fatigue that causes most people to abandon good intentions by Thursday. And because it is built inside coaching, it is reviewed and adjusted as your schedule, your preferences, and your body change across the season.

When Cherry Knolls Households Start

Most people who book already know how to cook. What they are missing is a plan that survives the week.

Three eaters, one kitchen, one plan.

You are the one who needs the plan, and you are also the one feeding everyone else. A plan written for one adult eating alone does not survive a household. Yours has to account for the people at the table without turning you into a short-order cook.

Practice, work, and dinner all land at six.

Between Littleton Public Schools schedules, evening practice, and a workday that does not end when you leave the office, the window for cooking is short and it moves. The plan has to be built for the window you actually have, not the one you would like to have.

Your own plan keeps losing to everyone else's schedule.

You have started programs before. They worked until the first week that did not go to plan. Coaching builds the plan around the loud weeks, not the quiet ones, and adjusts it when the schedule changes again.

How it works

Book the free thirty-minute call

You describe what you are dealing with, what your week looks like, and who you are feeding. Jaci asks questions, and you both decide whether coaching with meal planning is the right starting point. Some people should start with testing instead, and some should not buy anything yet. She will say so.

Your first session

A full 60-minute intake covering what you eat, when you eat, how you feel afterward, sleep, stress, what your energy does across a day, and your health history. The patterns show up in the connections between those answers, not in any single one of them.

Your plan, week by week

From your assessment and goals, Jaci builds a nutrition plan and a week-by-week eating strategy: what to eat, when, how to handle the nights that usually derail things, and what to track so progress stays measurable. It fits your household, your preferences, and your schedule. Nothing here comes from a template.

Follow-up sessions

Regular check-ins to review what held, what did not, and what to adjust. The week that worked in September will need changes by the time the season changes. That is by design, not drift.

Testing, if and when it makes sense

Not required to begin, and many clients never do it. If your assessment points somewhere a cellular health scan could add clarity, Jaci will walk you through the option. It is a separate decision with a separate cost.

What You Actually Receive

We will not promise you an outcome. Here is what the engagement contains.

  • A comprehensive health and nutrition intake review
  • An evaluation of your current eating patterns, digestion, energy, and lifestyle factors
  • A custom nutrition strategy built around your assessment and goals, not a template
  • A week-by-week eating plan that fits your household, your preferences, and your schedule
  • Meal timing and food selection guidance specific to your body
  • Practical strategies for dining out, travel days, practice nights, and high stress periods
  • Supplement guidance based on your individual nutritional picture, including a review of what you already take
  • Habit-building strategies that fit inside your routine rather than replacing it
  • Ongoing plan adjustments as you respond and as the household schedule changes
  • Sessions in office in Greenwood Village or by video
  • A continuing support and accountability membership, available after your program ends

Nutrition is the foundation of every program Jaci builds. Movement, supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments are built on top of it. Get the foundation right and the rest gets considerably easier.

Who You Are Working With

Jaci Salley is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (CNTP), a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Professional Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She founded Sprout Nourishment and works with adults ranging from competitive athletes to people who simply want more energy than they have now.

Her approach is practical and direct. Sessions end with clear next steps, not general guidance, and the plan is adjusted as your body and your schedule respond rather than handed over once and left alone.

The CNTP is a certification rather than a state license. The training is in how the body uses food: digestion, blood sugar balance, hydration, mineral status, and fat quality, and in building a whole food plan from what an assessment of those foundations shows.

This page is general information. Whether coaching with meal planning fits what you are dealing with is a conversation for the free call.

What Jaci Does Differently

Most meal plans are written for one adult eating alone, on a week with no surprises. Jaci writes yours for the household you actually run. Three things about how she works make that more than a slogan.

The plan is built around the household, not the individual meal. Schedule, preferences, and the people at the table are part of the assessment, not an afterthought. A plan that ignores who else is eating is a plan you abandon on the first busy night.

Whole food first, and practical about it. The plan is written for a real kitchen and a real week. Dining out, travel days, and high stress stretches get their own strategy rather than being written off as failures to avoid.

Reviewed and adjusted, not delivered once. Meal planning at Sprout Nourishment lives inside coaching. The plan is looked at together in every follow-up and changed as the schedule, the season, and your body change.

The enemy on a weeknight is guessing. The plan exists so the deciding is already done before five o'clock.

Meal Planning and Coaching Questions

What is custom meal planning?

A week-by-week eating strategy built by a nutrition practitioner around one household: its schedule, its preferences, its kitchen, and what the person booking it needs. At Sprout Nourishment it is part of one-on-one coaching with Jaci Salley, CNTP, built from an assessment and adjusted over time.

Does the plan cover my whole household?

The plan is built around your household: the schedule, the preferences, and the people at the table. The coaching relationship itself is with you, the adult who books. Teen athletes who need their own fueling plan work through the Elite Athlete Nutrition Program.

How much does it cost?

The first coaching session is $195 and follow-up sessions are $145. Meal planning is built inside those sessions. The thirty-minute call before you commit is free. Testing is priced separately and is not required.

Do I have to drive to Greenwood Village?

No. In office sessions are available at 5425 Landmark Place, and video sessions are available anywhere in the country. Cherry Knolls and Southglenn clients can do the first session in person and follow-ups by video, or work entirely by video from the start.

Do I need testing to start?

No. Many clients start with coaching alone and make real progress through diet and lifestyle changes based on the intake assessment. Testing adds specificity and shortens the guessing, but it is a separate decision you make after your first conversation.

Is Jaci a doctor?

No. Jaci Salley is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, not a physician. Coaching is educational and supportive work, not medical care. Jaci works alongside your existing healthcare providers, not as a replacement for them.
