Nutrition Coaching in Highlands Ranch, Colorado

You have read the books. You have tried the plans. You have started over more times than you want to count. The information was never the problem. Personalized nutrition coaching with Jaci Salley, CNTP, built around your body and your actual week. In office at 5425 Landmark Place in Greenwood Village, or by video from home in Highlands Ranch.

What Personalized Nutrition Coaching Is

Personalized nutrition coaching is one-on-one work with a nutrition practitioner who assesses how you eat, digest, sleep, and handle stress, then builds a food and lifestyle plan around that assessment and adjusts it as your body responds. It is educational and supportive work, delivered in regular sessions, in person or by video.

At Sprout Nourishment, coaching covers the ground most people have never walked through with anyone, one item at a time. What you eat and when. How your digestion actually behaves. What your energy does across a day. How you sleep, how you handle a high stress week, and what your health history adds to the picture. Patterns show up in the connections between those answers, not in any single one of them. The plan is built from the pattern.

When People in Highlands Ranch Start Coaching

Most people who book have already tried the obvious things.

You are doing everything right and still running out by mid afternoon.

You are up early. You train, or you get everyone out the door, or both. You eat what you understand to be a good diet. And by three in the afternoon the day is finished with you. When the obvious inputs are handled, the answer is usually in how your body is using them, not in adding one more thing to the routine.

You have a folder of results and no plan.

Bloodwork from your last physical, a wearable, a supplement shelf that grew one piece of advice at a time. The data is not the problem. Nobody has turned it into a sequence of decisions.

You need a plan that survives your real week.

A commute up I-25, travel for work, practice pickup, a household that does not all eat the same way. A plan that only works on a quiet week is not a plan. Coaching is built to hold on the loud ones.

How it works

Book the free thirty-minute call

You describe what you are dealing with, Jaci asks questions, and you both decide whether coaching is the right starting point. Some people should start with testing instead, and some should not buy anything yet. She will say so.

Your first session

A full 60-minute intake covering what you eat, when you eat, how you feel afterward, sleep, stress, what your energy does across a day, and your health history. The patterns show up in the connections between those answers, not in any single one of them.

Your plan

Foods to prioritize, foods to reduce, meal timing, and supplement guidance where your assessment shows an actual gap. Whole food first. Supplements fill gaps. They do not open the plan.

Follow-up sessions

Regular check-ins to review what held, what did not, and what to adjust. The plan you start with is not the plan you finish with. That is by design, not drift.

Testing, if and when it makes sense

Not required to begin, and many clients never do it. If your assessment points somewhere a cellular health scan could add clarity, Jaci will walk you through the option. It is a separate decision with a separate cost.

What You Actually Receive

We will not promise you an outcome. Here is what the engagement contains.

  • A comprehensive health and nutrition intake review
  • An evaluation of your current eating patterns, digestion, energy, and lifestyle factors
  • A custom nutrition strategy built around your assessment and goals, not a template
  • Meal timing and food selection guidance specific to your body
  • Practical strategies for dining out, travel days, and high stress periods
  • Supplement guidance based on your individual nutritional picture, including a review of what you already take
  • Sleep and stress guidance as it relates to how you eat
  • Habit-building strategies that fit inside your routine rather than replacing it
  • Ongoing plan adjustments as you respond
  • Sessions in office in Greenwood Village or by video
  • A continuing support and accountability membership, available after your program ends

Nutrition is the foundation of every program Jaci builds. Movement, supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments are built on top of it. Get the foundation right and the rest gets considerably easier.

Who You Are Working With

Jaci Salley is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (CNTP), a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Professional Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She founded Sprout Nourishment and works with adults ranging from competitive athletes to people who simply want more energy than they have now.

Her approach is practical and direct. Sessions end with clear next steps, not general guidance, and the plan is adjusted as your body responds rather than handed over once and left alone.

The CNTP is a certification rather than a state license. The training is in how the body uses food: digestion, blood sugar balance, hydration, mineral status, and fat quality, and in building a whole food plan from what an assessment of those foundations shows.

This page is general information. Whether coaching fits what you are dealing with is a conversation for the free call.

What Jaci Does Differently

Most nutrition advice is built for someone else. It comes from a template, a population average, or whatever worked for the person giving it. Jaci builds it for you, and three things about how she works make that more than a slogan.

The plan starts from your life, not from a protocol. The first session is spent on how you actually eat, sleep, work, and recover. Everything in the plan traces back to something you said or something your assessment showed. Nothing arrives from a template.

Foundations before add-ons. Nutrition is the base every other program at Sprout Nourishment is built on. Movement, supplementation, and lifestyle changes are layered on top of it, in that order, once the base is holding.

Testing shortens the guessing. It never replaces the conversation. Cellular health testing is optional and used to add specificity when the assessment points somewhere worth looking. Plenty of clients never test at all.

The recurring enemy in this work is guessing. Every session is built to reduce it.

Nutrition Coaching Questions

What is personalized nutrition coaching?

One-on-one work with a nutrition practitioner who assesses how you eat, digest, sleep, and handle stress, then builds a food and lifestyle plan from that assessment and adjusts it as your body responds. At Sprout Nourishment it is delivered in regular sessions with Jaci Salley, CNTP, in office or by video.

Do I have to drive to Greenwood Village?

No. In office sessions are available at 5425 Landmark Place, and video sessions are available anywhere in the country. Highlands Ranch clients can do the first session in person and follow-ups by video, or work entirely by video from the start.

How much does nutrition coaching cost?

The first session is $195 and follow-up sessions are $145. The thirty-minute call before you commit is free. Testing is priced separately and is not required.

Do I need testing to start?

No. Many clients start with coaching alone and make real progress through diet and lifestyle changes based on the intake assessment. Testing adds specificity and shortens the guessing, but it is a separate decision you make after your first conversation.

Is video coaching as effective as in person?

The assessment, planning, and coaching process works the same way by video. Most of Jaci's clients outside the Denver area work with her entirely online.

Can coaching help with a condition I am managing with my doctor?

Jaci works with adults managing a range of concerns, including digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, metabolic concerns, and autoimmune conditions. Coaching addresses the dietary and lifestyle side of how your body functions. It is not medical care and does not replace care from your physician. Bring the condition up on the free call so Jaci can share honestly whether coaching is a good fit.

Is Jaci a doctor?

No. Jaci Salley is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, not a physician. Coaching is educational and supportive work, not medical care. Jaci works alongside your existing healthcare providers, not as a replacement for them.

What happens after the program ends?

Jaci offers a continuing support and accountability membership for clients who want ongoing check-ins. It is not a requirement. Many clients finish with the skills and habits to continue on their own.

Start Here

Two ways to get started. Book a free thirty-minute call to find out which approach makes the most sense for what you are dealing with, or go straight to the coaching page if you already know the format you want. In some cases, testing may be a better starting point than coaching, and that can be discussed on the call.
