Nutritional Therapy in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Your bloodwork came back fine. You eat what you understand to be a good diet. You still run out of energy at two in the afternoon. Eating well is not the same as feeling well. Whole food nutrition work with Jaci Salley, CNTP, built around how your body handles food rather than around a general framework. In office at 5425 Landmark Place in Greenwood Village, or by video anywhere in the country.

What Nutritional Therapy Covers

Nutritional therapy is a whole food approach built on bio-individuality, the principle that two people can eat the same diet and get different results because their bodies handle food differently. A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner assesses how you are eating, digesting, hydrating, and functioning, then builds a diet and lifestyle plan from what that assessment shows.

The assessment covers five foundations almost nobody has ever walked through with you one at a time. Digestion. Blood sugar balance. Hydration. Mineral status. The quality of the fats in your diet.

Not a search for what is wrong with you. A read on how your body is running, and where the gaps sit.

When People Start Nutritional Therapy

Most people who start have already tried the obvious things.

You are doing the inputs and still running out at two.

You train. You sleep enough, most nights. You eat what you understand to be a good diet. When the obvious levers are already pulled, the answer is usually in how your body is using those inputs, not in adding one more thing to the routine.

You want to get ahead of what runs in your family.

Nothing is wrong yet. That is the point.

You have results and no plan.

Bloodwork, a wearable, a panel someone ran two years ago, a supplement shelf that grew one guess at a time. The data is not the problem. Nobody has turned it into a sequence of decisions.

How it works

Book the free thirty-minute call

You describe what you are dealing with, Jaci asks questions, and you both decide whether this is the right starting point. Some people should start with testing instead. Some should not buy anything yet. She will share that on the call.

Your first session

A full 60-minute intake covering what you eat, when you eat, how you feel afterward, sleep, stress, what your energy does across a day, and your health history. The patterns show up in the connections between those answers, not in any single one of them.

Your plan

Foods to prioritize, foods to reduce, meal timing, and supplement guidance where your assessment shows an actual gap. Whole food first. Supplements fill gaps. They do not open the plan.

Follow-up sessions

Regular check-ins to review what held, what did not, and what to adjust. The plan you start with is not the plan you finish with. That is by design, not drift.

Testing, if and when it makes sense

Not required to begin, and many clients never do it. If your assessment points somewhere a BioScan or another assessment could clarify, Jaci will share that with you. It is a separate decision with a separate cost.

What You Actually Receive

We will not promise you an outcome. Here is what the engagement contains.

  • A full nutritional assessment covering diet, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, and health history
  • A written plan built from that assessment rather than from a template
  • Meal timing and food selection guidance specific to you
  • Supplement guidance tied to gaps your assessment shows, including a review of what you are already taking
  • Practical strategies for travel, dining out, and high stress weeks
  • Follow-up sessions to adjust the plan as you respond
  • Sessions in office in Greenwood Village or by video

Nutrition is the foundation everything else sits on. Movement, supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments all build on top of it. Get the foundation right and the rest gets considerably easier.

Who You Are Working With

Jaci Salley is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (CNTP), a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Professional Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

The CNTP is a certification rather than a state license. The training is in how the body uses food: digestion, blood sugar balance, hydration, mineral status, and fat quality, and in building a whole food plan from what an assessment of those foundations shows.

She founded Sprout Nourishment and works with clients ranging from competitive athletes to people who simply want more energy than they have now. This page is general information. Whether nutritional therapy fits what you are dealing with is a conversation for the free call.

The Part Most Practices Leave Out

Most nutrition work starts after something has already gone wrong. A number comes back off. A symptom gets loud enough to act on. The plan that follows is built around correcting what is already happening.

The preventative version starts earlier, and it is a different piece of work. Nothing is wrong yet. That is the point. You look at how your body is handling food while there is still room to change the inputs, rather than waiting for a reason to.

That is why preventative work sits at the center of this practice rather than off to the side, and it changes what the first session is for. Not a search for what is broken. A read on how you are running, and where the gaps sit.

It also changes the order of the plan. Food first. Supplements fill gaps the assessment actually shows, and they do not open the plan. A practice that leads with a supplement order has decided what you need before it has looked at you.

And it means some conversations end with nothing to buy. If the free call points somewhere other than here, Jaci will share that on the call rather than after you have paid for a session.

Nutritional Therapy Questions

What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy is a whole food approach built on bio-individuality, the principle that individual bodies handle the same food differently. A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner assesses diet, digestion, blood sugar balance, hydration, mineral status, and fat quality, then builds a personalized diet and lifestyle plan from that assessment. It is educational and preventative work.

How much does nutritional therapy cost in Greenwood Village?

The first session is $195 and follow-up sessions are $145. The thirty-minute call before you commit is free. Testing is priced separately and is not required to start.

Is nutritional therapy medical care?

No. It is a wellness assessment rather than a medical evaluation, and it sits alongside your medical care rather than in place of it. Jaci is not a physician. She will not name a condition for you, and she will not advise you to change anything your doctor has you on. When something belongs with a physician, she will share that on the call and point you there. Keep seeing your doctor.

Will I have to buy supplements?

Not necessarily, and that is deliberate. Food comes first. Supplements fill gaps your assessment actually shows, and a review of what you are already taking is part of the first session. Some plans include none at all.

Do I need testing to start?

No. Many clients work through diet and lifestyle changes based on the intake assessment alone. Testing adds specificity and shortens the guessing, but it is a separate decision you make after your first conversation, not a prerequisite.

Do I have to come to the Greenwood Village office?

No. In office sessions are available at 5425 Landmark Place, and video sessions are available nationwide. Most local clients start in person and move to video for follow-ups.
