Most people know what they should eat. That knowledge has not been the problem. The problem is that nobody has sat down with them, looked at their actual life, and built a plan that works for their body, their schedule, and the things they are dealing with right now.
That is what one-on-one coaching with Jaci Salley, Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (CNTP), looks like. Not a handout. Not a generic protocol pulled from a template. A working relationship built around you, what your body needs, and the habits that will hold up when life does not cooperate.
Nutrition is the foundation of every program Jaci builds. How you eat affects your energy, your sleep, your digestion, your focus, and your ability to recover from stress. Everything else, movement, supplementation, lifestyle adjustments is built on top of that foundation. Get the nutrition right and the rest becomes significantly easier.
Sessions are available in person in Denver or virtually, anywhere in the country.

WHAT WE SPECIALIZE IN
One-on-one coaching covers a range of specific needs. These are the areas where clients see the most consistent results.
Nutrition Consultation
A focused session to evaluate where you are now: your current eating patterns, energy levels, digestion, and health history. From that assessment, Jaci identifies what is working, what is not, and what to address first. This is where most clients discover that the problem they came in with is connected to something they had not considered.
Personalized Nutrition Coaching
Ongoing work built around your test results, your goals, and your real daily schedule. Every recommendation is specific to your body and adjusted as your results change. This is not a meal plan you follow until you get bored. It is a process of learning what your body actually needs and building the habits to meet those needs consistently.
Custom Meal Planning
A practical, week-by-week approach to eating that fits your household, your preferences, and your schedule. Custom meal planning removes the decision fatigue that causes most people to abandon good intentions by Thursday. You know exactly what to eat, when to eat it, and why it is the right choice for your goals.
Follow-Up Nutrition Consultation
Scheduled check-ins to review your progress, adjust your plan based on what is and is not working, and address new questions as they come up. Progress in nutrition is not linear. Follow-up consultations keep the plan current and prevent small setbacks from becoming full reversals.
Supplement Review & Guidance
A structured review of what you are currently taking, what you actually need based on your assessment, and what can be eliminated. Most people are taking supplements based on general advice rather than their specific nutritional picture. This session identifies the gaps and removes the guesswork.
Women's Nutrition Coaching
Built around the hormonal and metabolic realities that make generic nutrition advice unreliable for women. Cycle phases, perimenopause, thyroid function, and stress response all affect how a woman's body processes food and uses energy. Jaci builds plans that account for these factors rather than ignoring them.
Men's Nutrition Coaching
Focused on the specific patterns that show up most often in male clients: energy and performance, body composition, metabolic health, and the tendency to under-address nutrition until something forces the issue. Jaci works with men who are ready to treat their nutrition with the same seriousness they bring to other areas of their life.
How It Works
Five steps from your first conversation to a nutrition approach that fits your actual life.
01
Free Consultation
A 30-minute call to understand what you are dealing with, what you have tried, and what you are hoping to change. Jaci uses this conversation to determine whether one-on-one coaching is the right fit and, if so, where to start. No pressure, no obligation.
02
Functional Testing
If you move forward and testing is part of your package, this is where the deeper picture comes in. Jaci uses functional testing to identify nutritional gaps, food sensitivities, hormone patterns, and other factors that standard labs often miss. Results become the foundation your plan is built on, not guesswork, not generalizations.
03
Your Custom Plan
Jaci builds a nutrition and lifestyle plan from your testing results and goals. This covers what to eat, when to eat it, how to handle the situations that typically derail people, and what to track so progress stays measurable. Nothing here comes from a template.
04
Ongoing Coaching
Regular sessions to review what is working, address what is not, and keep the plan current as your body responds and your life changes. The plan you start with is not the plan you finish with. That is by design.

Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers about our program, testing, and what to expect.
A nutrition consultation is a single session focused on assessment and direction. It is the right starting point if you want an honest look at where you are and what to address first. Ongoing coaching is the working relationship that follows: regular sessions, plan adjustments, and accountability over time. Most clients begin with a consultation and move into a coaching program from there.
No. Many clients start with coaching alone and see meaningful progress through dietary and lifestyle changes based on their intake assessment. Testing adds a layer of specificity that speeds up results and removes guesswork, but it is a separate decision you can make after your first consultation.
Each session begins with a review of what has changed since your last appointment: energy, digestion, sleep, adherence to the plan, and anything that came up. From there, Jaci adjusts recommendations, answers questions, and sets the focus for the next period. Sessions are practical and direct. You leave with clear next steps, not general guidance.
Jaci works with clients managing a range of conditions including digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, metabolic concerns, and autoimmune conditions. Nutritional therapy addresses the dietary and lifestyle factors that influence how your body functions. It is not a medical treatment and does not replace care from your physician. If you have a specific condition, bring it up during the free consultation so Jaci can assess whether the program is a good fit.
A registered dietitian operates within a licensed medical framework and is often focused on disease management. Jaci's work as a CNTP is focused on functional nutrition: understanding how your individual body processes food, identifying nutritional gaps, and building a whole-diet approach that supports your long-term health goals. The two approaches are complementary, not competing.
Jaci offers a continuing support and accountability membership for clients who have completed a nutrition program and want ongoing check-ins. This is not a requirement. Many clients finish with the skills and habits to continue independently.
Yes. The assessment, planning, and coaching process works the same way virtually. Most of Jaci's clients outside the Denver area work with her entirely online with no reduction in the depth or quality of the program.
Yes. Jaci works with adult clients across all backgrounds. Men's and women's programs are tailored to account for the physiological differences that affect how each responds to dietary changes. The coaching process is the same. The plan is not.

You Have Been Figuring This Out Alone Long Enough
Most people who come to Jaci have already spent years reading, trying, adjusting, and starting over. The information was never the problem. What was missing was someone who could look at their specific situation and tell them exactly what to do.
That is what one-on-one coaching provides. A plan built for your body, a practitioner who adjusts it as you progress, and the knowledge to maintain your results after the program ends.
