What happens when nutrition gets serious

Jaci’s program has made a true difference in my life! 12 months ago, I was overweight, sluggish and often felt tired as I struggled to keep up with life as a single mom with a demanding job. I was 12 years in with Hashimoto’s Disease, a thyroid disorder, and had moved into full menopause, which I had grudgingly accepted and blamed for my failing metabolism, weight gain, gut issues and energy loss.

At this point I had been doing some hormone replacement therapy (testosterone) for a year, which had helped a bit with the energy, but I knew there had to be something else going on with my body because even with a reduction in food to 1000 calories a day and increased exercise I would only lose a pound or two a month at most.

After hearing about this program from a friend who had a great experience, I decided to give it a try. I was excited to at least deep dive into what was going on with my body at a level that was much deeper than just blood work.

After doing two rounds of tests and following her instructions with special supplements and removing identified inflammatory foods and environmental triggers, I’m happy to say that I’ve lost 30 pounds, have tons of energy, and I’ve lowered both my blood pressure and thyroid medicine to the lowest dose for each. I’m excited to see what happens after I complete the program with a third round! How is this different from my annual physical?

A standard annual physical typically runs 10 to 15 markers once per year. The RISE Method runs 60+ markers every quarter, adds continuous glucose monitoring, medical-grade sleep study, oral microbiome analysis, and HRV tracking, and pairs all of it with 12 months of personalized preventive nutrition counseling. The goal is optimization and prevention, not identifying disease after it appears.

Do I need to have a health problem to enroll?

No. This program is built for people who are functioning well and want to stay that way. The earlier you build this foundation, the more a chronic disease prevention nutrition approach can accomplish. Most clients come in healthy on paper and leave with a significant upgrade to how they feel and perform.

What exactly is included?

60+ biomarkers tested quarterly (4 rounds), continuous glucose monitoring (4 rounds), medical-grade home sleep study, oral microbiome testing, body composition measurement (4 rounds), 24 twice-monthly coaching sessions at 45 minutes each, and fully personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocols.

How much of my time does this take?

Two 45-minute coaching sessions per month, quarterly testing appointments, and roughly two minutes per day for HRV logging. Most clients budget two to three hours per month in total.

Can I do this if I do not live in Denver?

Yes. The RISE Method is a nationwide program. All coaching is conducted virtually. Lab testing is available through local draw sites across the country. You do not need to be in Colorado to enroll.

What happens when the 12 months are up?

You leave the program with a full year of your own biological data and a clear framework for continuing to optimize on your own. Many clients choose a quarterly check-in partnership to maintain accountability and keep their testing consistent.
